Eric & Chris are phenomenal people, not only are they exemplary business men, they are transparent, patient, informative and honest, these qualities are so rare in the real estate market it’s pleasantly surprising, they work hard for you, even if they can’t make a deal with you themselves, that doesn’t stop them from finding an alternative buyer who may be interested in the property, even after they will get nothing from referring you to another buyer, they stay with you through the process to answer any questions or concerns you may have, what other business would go so far above and beyond to help someone who may be going through a difficult time? CFR Philly is the ONLY place to go with when selling your property, I’ve sold other properties and have dealt with the faces of deception, lies and uncertainty that plagues this industry, Eric and Chris treat you like the family member everybody loves, they are absolutely the cream of the crop and they stand heads above their competitors (if there are any), I’m tempted to say they wear capes under their shirts, if you wanna be taken care of in a super way by superman CFR philly is where you go, my only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner, I will NEVER use another realtor for my property needs again…thank you Eric and Chris.

“I purchased a cash rental property that was added to my portfolio late February 2025. The property suffered severe damage before the date of purchase, and was unfortunately out of my financial scope of repair.
Early November I had trouble selling my rental property on my own.
